“The company gave me the wrong phone driver, so we could not coordinate with the driver on the return journey. Upon drop off, we agreed with the driver that I would text him 30 minutes before we were ready to go. I called and texted several times, but since I had the wrong number, by one digit, there was no response and we had to order another taxi for the return, and the driver showed up at 00:15. It’s not the driver’s fault at all, but I would like the company to refund the return journey. It’s already an extremely pricey service, and at that rate, I shouldn’t have to experience such complications. ”
